How to share your calendar

Select your calendar in outlook,

Choose the ‘Home’ tab on the top and there should be a ‘Share’ option on the right,

Choose the ‘Add’ option.

Search the name of the user you would like to share your calendar with,

Press ‘OK’ then click ‘Apply’ to save these changes.
